Counseling Services

Freedom Family Care provides counseling services for patients ages 13 and up. Kimberly Hanna, FNP-C has obtained additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and pairs this with Biblical counseling if the client would like this added element.  Kim comes from a Baptist background and believes in full authority of The Holy Bible and in Jesus Christ as son of God and that He is fully God as well as fully man.  Kim also believes in the saving grace of salvation through Jesus Christ to both redeem us for an abundant earthly life as well as to live with our Heavenly Father for all of eternity.

Cost:    

Direct Primary Care patients with Freedom Family Care:  $75 per session

​

Non-Direct Primary Care patients:  $95 per session

​

We can conduct in patient and virtual visits for anyone living in South Carolina.
